Reliability is never improvised.
The safety, continuity and peace of mind a captain demands.
The quality, elegance and seamlessness an owner expects.
Operating on yachts over 30 metres
Integrated automation & control / Remote monitoring / Architectural lighting
We design and deliver solutions that eliminate complexity, prevent the unexpected, and give back peace of mind to everyone who manages and lives aboard.
Our world
Precision is not a detail
On yachts over 30 metres, what truly matters is continuity: systems that respond immediately, spaces that maintain coherence, and installations that offer certainty at every moment. A well-executed refit allows the crew to work with confidence and the owner to live aboard naturally.
This is the outcome of every project we deliver: operational stability, straightforward control, clear logic and a level of comfort that enhances the experience without ever intruding.
For a captain, it means fewer service calls, less vessel downtime, and fewer difficult conversations with the owner.
Our approach
Single point of command
A refit involves dozens of specialists, overlapping schedules and shifting priorities. The captain should not be the mediator between the systems integrator, the interior team and the AV contractors
With EM you have a single technical point of contact for everything related to automation & control: we coordinate all other contractors, respect the yard schedule and keep the captain informed with clear, jargon-free updates — no unnecessary meetings.
When the vessel returns to water, everything works. And you know exactly why.
Every detail on board carries weight. We know this.
A poorly designed system isn’t seen until it causes a problem. And on board, problems always happen at the worst possible time—underway, with guests, far from any support.
Our solutions are the result of twenty years of experience working on yachts that must function in all conditions. We design systems that the crew learns in a matter of hours, that the owner doesn’t notice because there’s no reason to, and that we monitor remotely before anything even occurs.
We don’t sell technology. We eliminate problems before they become your responsibility.
Stability for those who command.
Harmony for those who live aboard.
I principi
Continuity,
Coherence
and Peace of mind.
Every EM refit is grounded in a clear method and a set of values that guide every decision:
Single direction
Design, integration, installation and support: we manage every phase without fragmenting responsibility.
This creates order, stability and a seamless experience for everyone managing the refit.
Reliability without exception
The systems we install are engineered to be reliable. Every component is selected for long-term stability; every logic is tested under real conditions before commissioning
System coherence
Every space speaks the same language. System logic remains uniform, predictable and easy to manage — no surprises.
Responsiveness when it matters
Underway or at berth, problems do not wait. We provide remote support and priority response for fleets under ongoing management.
The crew manages. Without manuals
Intuitive interfaces, predictable logic, zero training required. A new rotation crew must be able to manage the vessel from day one — without calling us.
Our method
We make the refit straightforward
Five phases. Zero surprises.
01
Operational briefing
We understand the existing issues, the owner’s requirements, and the working habits of the captain and crew.
02
Integrated design
Lighting, comfort, monitoring and AV become a single, coherent and stable system.
03
Impeccable execution
Precision, order and full coordination with the yard, interior team and all contractors.
04
Real-condition sea trials
Every system is validated underway, not only at berth. We test installations under the actual conditions they will face — vibration, humidity, real electrical loads — before signing off on delivery.
05
Continuity
A constant presence to keep the experience consistently perfect.
EM quality
Invisible technology, intelligent systems, continuity that lasts.
Our solutions are built on KNX, the most reliable international standard for ensuring stability, scalability and system coherence. Technology remains discreet while systems communicate seamlessly, creating a harmonious and predictable experience throughout the home.
On board, where electromagnetic interference, variable loads and the marine environment put every installation under constant stress, KNX is the standard that delivers the greatest long-term stability. It is manufacturer-independent, internationally certified and, when required, can be serviced by any KNX-certified technician at the vessel’s port of call.
Continuous monitoring
Through remote monitoring systems, we read installation behaviour as if we were physically present — identifying variations and intervening only where required.
Predictive maintenance
The system flags components requiring attention well in advance, enabling targeted interventions and minimising disruption.
Future-proof design
Every project is designed to evolve, integrate and adapt to the owner’s requirements and the crew’s operational needs.

Unique expertise
for superyachts
Real load and line measurements
We use professional instruments to analyse every circuit, verify driver behaviour and assess line quality. This allows us to intervene with absolute precision.
Accurate and immediate diagnostics
We pinpoint every issue precisely without replacing unnecessary components. Every finding is clear, verifiable and transparent.
Logic rebuild and full system optimisation
We restructure the vessel’s automation & control architecture, improving coherence, stability and operational fluency. Every space responds with order and precision.
Advanced remote monitoring
We monitor installation behaviour directly from our systems, reading states, variations and parameters as if we were on board. This reduces response time and ensures continuity.
Data-driven predictive maintenance
The system identifies weak signals and anomalous behaviour before they become a problem, enabling targeted interventions and keeping the vessel stable over time.
Triple certified commissioning
Three documented sign-offs: pre-installation, post-installation and final handover. Each phase has a dedicated checklist and a signature of responsibility. The captain receives a full copy.

With EM the technology is invisible, but you feel it: everything works with a naturalness we had never experienced on board before.
Captain
M/Y 68 metres
They turned a chaotic installation into a system the crew manages independently. Finally.
Chief engineer
M/Y 52 metres
We brought them in before the yard started. That was the decision that made the difference on schedule and refit quality.
Project Manager
62-metre refit
With EM you don’t waste time. They come aboard already knowing where to look, work with precision and tell you exactly what they did and why. It’s the first time a technical intervention on board held no surprises for me.

Frequently asked questions
Clear answers for those who need to decide.
Do I need to manage the contractors?
No. EM is your single point of contact: we coordinate the yard, interior team and all sub-contractors so you don’t have to follow anything.
Do you work on yachts already fitted with other manufacturers' systems?
Yes. We work on existing installations with a preventive diagnostic and controlled integration process — even when the original documentation is incomplete or unavailable.
How do you manage support while the vessel is underway?
Through remote monitoring we track all installations in real time. In the event of an anomaly, we intervene remotely or schedule a physical intervention at the nearest port of call.
How long does an automation & control refit take?
It depends on the scope of the project, but we always provide a detailed roadmap before starting.
