Do I need to be present during the works?
No. We coordinate everything with your architect or the construction team. We will only update you on decisions that require your input.
Do you work on existing properties or only new builds?
Both. For existing properties we carry out a preliminary assessment to identify the best integration strategy — often without invasive structural work.
What is the difference between you and an electrician who installs a smart home system?

What happens after handover?
The project doesn’t end with the construction. We offer ongoing maintenance contracts and dedicated support to ensure your space remains exactly as you imagined.
At what stage of the project is it best to involve you?
The sooner the better. Ideally, during the executive design phase, when the architectural choices are finalized but the utility layouts haven’t yet been completed. This allows us to integrate solutions without compromising aesthetics and without affecting existing false ceilings or floors. If work has already begun, we’ll evaluate the available options together.
